Jennifer Farmer
Director of Development
Jennifer joined The Immunization Partnership team in March 2011 as the Development Associate. In this role, Jennifer manages all aspects of TIP’s Fund Development program, thereby insuring the organization is financially well suited to implement the organization’s plan for strategic growth.
Jennifer graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Political Science and a minor in English. After graduating, Jennifer spent two years teaching public school before moving to the non-profit sector.
Prior to joining the TIP team, Jennifer was employed at Houston Baptist University as the Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations and before that, at YES Prep Public Schools as the Associate Director of Communications. During her tenure with these organizations, Jennifer gained valuable insight and experience in a variety of fund development functions including database maintenance, grant writing, stewardship, events, donor communications, government lobbying and individual giving campaigns.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jennifer is an active member of the Houston Junior League. She also enjoys spending time with her family, her yorkies and her husband and traveling as much as possible.
