Texas Department of State Health Services
Effective
March 5, 2009, the Texas Department of State Health Services requires
the following vaccines for entry into 7th
grade for the 2009 – 2010 school year:
One dose of Meningococcal vaccine
One dose of Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis)
A second dose of Varicella vaccine
