The Immunization Partnership invites you to attend our 2013 Legislative Day Event on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at the State Capitol in downtown Austin.
TIP’s Legislative Day at the Capitol is an event that provides immunization stakeholders from across the state the opportunity to meet and educate their legislators. Your participation in TIP’s Legislative Day shows you the impact that constituents have when they meet with legislators and their staff.
For our 2013 Legislative Day event, attendees will be provided with online self-study tools to review prior to their visit to the Capitol. On March 27th, we’ll gather for a morning session with breakfast, legislative issue briefings, an advocacy skills training, and a keynote address, followed by an afternoon of visits at the Capitol. No previous experience is required! This is your opportunity to educate lawmakers about immunizations and the impact they have on the health of all Texans.
