Grant Coordinator
 
Are you a motivated professional who loves to write and has excellent organizational skills?  If so, apply today for the position of Grant Coordinator for The Immunization Partnership.  Successful candidates must possess superior writing skills and have a track record of creating unique and effective messaging to further a cause. High level grant  writing and organizational skills are imperative.  The incumbent will fill a key position, supporting the work of and reporting to the Director of Development. This is a critical role on a team of passionate and dedicated professionals.   Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or English with 3 – 5 years’ experience required.  Master’s degree a plus but experience and a willingness to develop skills will prevail.  If you are ready for a challenge, we are ready for you.

Director of Operations

The Immunization Partnership has an opening for a senior level staff member to guide the day to day operations of the organization and to contribute to the strategic planning process, shaping the future of the organization. If you are bright, energetic and looking to advance your career, we want to talk to you. The Director of Operations is a key leadership role within a rapidly growing non-profit that will oversee projects based in community clinics, as well as community outreach efforts. This position will also represent the organization with community partners and will work closely with the CEO and other senior staff to advance the organization's mission and vision. The ideal candidate will possess poise and confidence and will be driven to attain measurable results.

An advanced degree in Public Health, Nursing or related field is preferred with 5 – 7 years of experience in a clinical setting or in community outreach. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is acceptable with extensive work experience. Demonstrated track record of well-developed leadership skills and increasing responsibilities is required. Experience with immunizations, clinic operations or a child health program is a plus.

Community Outreach Coordinator

TIP has a rare opening for a key role as a Community Outreach Coordinator. Incumbent will work on making an impact by building community relationships through involvement in various groups and other non-profits. Incumbent will have the opportunity to plan and execute community forums, presentations and our biennial statewide Immunization Summit. Acting as a face of the organization, this interesting, lively job requires someone that is poised and professional. High level organization and planning skills are required. Great opportunity for professional growth and developing leadership skills.

Ideal candidate will have a master’s level degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Health Communications or equivalent work experience. Nursing candidates also welcome to apply. Three to five years of experience in immunizations or related field is preferred. Occasional travel outside of Houston area and the opportunity to work with a fantastic group of like-minded professionals.
